80 Lexington started as a raw one room loft space in downtown Asheville. With the help of BFA architectural firm, the skilled commercial contractor team of Elm Construction and a trusting client, this forgotten space was turned into 4 upscale one bedroom boutique hotel vacation rental units. Scale interiors ran with the unlimited creative potential to transform this industrial backdrop into individual whimsical spaces where each unit has its own unique enchanting “vibe” felt by all who stay here. With original art, custom upholstered furniture and hand picked antiques the feeling of no detail being overlooked is abundant.
While the rest of the units at 80 Lex were driven by bold and playful color choices the driving force behind unit 204 was a neutral palette of black, white and brown which allowed pattern, texture, and structural form to run wild with limitless options creating a complex graphic yet calm space to relax.
