80 Lexington 202

80 Lexington 202

PROJECT OVERVIEW

80 Lexington started as a raw one room loft space in downtown Asheville. With the help of BFA architectural firm, the skilled commercial contractor team of Elm Construction and a trusting client, this forgotten space was turned into 4 upscale one bedroom boutique hotel vacation rental units. Scale interiors ran with the unlimited creative potential to transform this industrial backdrop into individual whimsical spaces where each unit has its own unique enchanting “vibe” felt by all who stay here. With original art, custom upholstered furniture and hand picked antiques the feeling of no detail being overlooked is abundant

THE INSPIRATION BEHIND THE PROJECT

Industrial meets cheeky is the eclectic mixture in unit 202. A stuffed mounted fish on the wall? Sure! Large scale 1980s original art? Why not. This unit is a perfect example of mixing wild card details with industrial pieces with a history and a heartbeat to make… well, a fun place to be in.
